  • 24 oz premade meatballs Use frozen premade meatballs to save time.
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple, diced Cut into bite-size pieces for even heating.
  • 1 cup bbq sauce You can use a mix of sweet and spicy BBQ sauce.
  • 2 tbsp honey Optional, adds sweetness.
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce Optional, for added heat.

Cooking
  1. Place the premade meatballs and fresh pineapple in the slow cooker.
  2. Pour the BBQ sauce over the meatballs and pineapple.
  3. If desired, add a little honey and a few dashes of hot sauce.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or high for 2-3 hours.
  5. Serve warm.

Notes

Let the meatballs cool before storing in an airtight container. Store in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Thaw in the fridge before reheating.
