- Place the premade meatballs and fresh pineapple in the slow cooker.
- Pour the BBQ sauce over the meatballs and pineapple.
- If desired, add a little honey and a few dashes of hot sauce.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or high for 2-3 hours.
- Serve warm.
Notes
Let the meatballs cool before storing in an airtight container. Store in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Thaw in the fridge before reheating.
