Notes

For a cheesier muffin, add more cheese to the batter. You can substitute different toppings based on your preference, such as mushrooms, olives, or bell peppers. If you want to make them spicier, add some crushed red pepper flakes to the batter. To make mini versions, simply use a mini muffin pan and adjust the baking time. Store leftover pizza muffins in an airtight container for up to 2 days at room temperature or up to a week in the refrigerator. For longer storage, wrap each muffin in plastic wrap and place them in a freezer bag; they can last up to 3 months in the freezer.
