Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Ensure it's soft for easy mixing
  • 1 cup whipped topping Use a tub of whipped topping
  • 1 pack instant vanilla pudding mix Do not use cook-and-serve
  • 2 cups cold milk To mix with pudding
For Assembly
  • 2 packs graham crackers For the layered structure
For Topping
  • 1 jar ready-to-spread chocolate frosting Warm slightly for easier spreading

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and lump-free.
  2. Fold the cream cheese into the whipped topping and instant vanilla pudding mixture to create the filling.
Assembly
  1. Layer graham crackers in a baking dish at the bottom.
  2. Spread a layer of creamy filling over the graham crackers and repeat the layers, finishing with graham crackers on top.
Topping and Chilling
  1. Warm the chocolate frosting in the microwave for 10-15 seconds to soften it.
  2. Spread the softened frosting evenly over the top layer of graham crackers.
  3. Refrigerate the cake for at least 4 hours or overnight for better results.
