Marination
- In a bowl, combine lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken in the marinade, ensuring it's well-coated. Add rosemary sprigs and lemon slices.
- Marinate for at least 30 minutes, or for best results, overnight in the refrigerator.
Cooking
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Arrange the marinated chicken in a baking dish.
- Pour the remaining marinade over the chicken and tuck in the lemon slices and rosemary.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the skin is golden and crispy.

Notes
