- If using a homemade graham cracker crust, mix crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar. Press mixture into a pie pan and chill for at least 30 minutes.
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually add sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Pour the filling into the chilled crust and smooth the top.
