Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 2 pieces Sirloin steak Choose good quality steak for best flavor.
  • 1 head Cauliflower Cut into florets.
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced.
  • 2 tablespoons Butter Cut into small pieces.
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika For seasoning.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt To taste.
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper To taste.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the cauliflower into florets and place them on a large piece of foil.
  3. Season the steak with garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper, then place it on top of the cauliflower.
  4. Add pieces of butter on top of the steak and cauliflower.
  5. Fold the foil tightly to create a sealed packet.
Cooking
  1. Place the packets on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the steak is cooked to your liking and the cauliflower is tender.
  2. Carefully unwrap the packets and serve immediately.

Notes

Make sure to seal the packets tightly to prevent any steam or juices from escaping. If you like your steak medium-rare, check it after 25 minutes. You can customize by adding more spices or vegetables like bell peppers or onions.
