Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the cauliflower into florets and place them on a large piece of foil.
- Season the steak with garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper, then place it on top of the cauliflower.
- Add pieces of butter on top of the steak and cauliflower.
- Fold the foil tightly to create a sealed packet.
Cooking
- Place the packets on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the steak is cooked to your liking and the cauliflower is tender.
- Carefully unwrap the packets and serve immediately.
Notes
Make sure to seal the packets tightly to prevent any steam or juices from escaping. If you like your steak medium-rare, check it after 25 minutes. You can customize by adding more spices or vegetables like bell peppers or onions.
