Ingredients
  

For the Wrap
  • 2 pieces Whole wheat or low-carb pita bread Can use regular pita bread, but it will increase carbs.
  • 1 breast Grilled chicken breast
  • 1 cup Cucumber, diced
  • 1 cup Tomato, diced
  • 1/4 cup Red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup Feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt For spreading inside the pita.
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Grill the chicken breast and slice it into strips.
  2. In a bowl, mix diced cucumber, tomato, red onion, feta cheese, parsley, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to create a salad.
  3. Warm the pita bread slightly.
  4. Spread Greek yogurt on the inside of the pita.
  5. Fill the pita with grilled chicken and the prepared salad.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Serve the wrap warm for the best taste, paired with mixed greens or extra Greek yogurt for dipping. For a vegetarian option, replace the chicken with grilled zucchini or eggplant. Use a grill pan for a smoky flavor and add extra veggies like bell peppers or olives for crunch.
