- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Stir in the cabbage and cook until it wilts, about 3-5 minutes.
- Pour in the soy sauce and mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Remove from heat, sprinkle with green onions and sesame seeds.
- Serve hot.
Notes
This dish can be served alone or paired with cauliflower rice for a heartier meal. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days.
