Ingredients
  

For the Quesadillas
  • 4 pieces Low-carb tortillas
  • 1 pound Ground beef
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 4 ounces Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 medium Onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Cooking oil For frying

Method
 

Cooking the Beef
  1. In a skillet, cook the ground beef with chopped onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until browned.
Preparing the Mixture
  1. In a bowl, mix the cooked beef with cream cheese and shredded cheddar.
Cooking the Quesadillas
  1. Heat a tortilla in a pan, add the beef mixture, and top with another tortilla.
  2. Cook until golden brown on both sides and cheese is melted.
  3. Slice and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

These quesadillas can be served with salsa, sour cream, or guacamole. They can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in a skillet over low heat until warmed through.
