Preparation
- Cut the potatoes in slices 3/4 way through and stuff them with desired fillings.
- Place the stuffed potatoes in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Wrap the chicken in bacon and place it on top of the potatoes.
Cooking
- Cook on low for 8 hours.
- About 30 minutes before serving, add BBQ sauce and grated cheese on top of the chicken.
Notes
Serve hot from the slow cooker, spoon juices over the potatoes. Pair with a green salad or steamed vegetables.
