Preparation
- Slice the chicken breast into thin, even strips.
- Chop the broccoli, slice the carrots, julienne the bell peppers, and trim the snap peas.
Make the Stir Fry Sauce
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, honey, and rice vinegar. Stir in red pepper flakes if desired.
Cook the Chicken
- Heat a tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sliced chicken and cook for 4–5 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.
Stir Fry the Vegetables
- In the same pan, add more oil if needed and toss in the broccoli, carrots, bell peppers, and snap peas. Stir fry for 3–5 minutes until the vegetables are crisp-tender.
Combine Everything
- Return the cooked chicken to the pan, pour in the stir fry sauce, and toss together for 1–2 minutes until everything is coated.
Notes
Serve over steamed rice, noodles, or cauliflower rice. Experiment with different vegetables and proteins to customize the dish to your preference.
