Ingredients

Marinade
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • ½ cup Italian vinaigrette salad dressing
Chicken Wings
  • 3 lbs chicken wings (wing tips removed)

Method

Marinating
  1. Marinate the chicken wings in a large Ziploc bag with soy sauce and Italian vinaigrette dressing. Leave them in the fridge for at least 3 hours, or overnight for more flavor.
Grilling
  1. When you're ready to cook, heat up the BBQ grill to medium, about 415°F (210°C).
  2. Take the wings out of the fridge and the Ziploc bag. Use a paper kitchen towel to pat them down and remove any excess marinade.
  3. Arrange the wings on the grill, leaving some space between each wing for good airflow.
  4. Cook the wings on the grill, turning them occasionally. They should brown nicely and not be pink on the inside, which usually takes around 20 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (73°C).
Serving
  1. Serve the wings hot off the grill with your favorite glaze, sides, or dipping sauce.

Notes

Best served with ranch or blue cheese dressing and celery sticks. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven for best results.
