Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease a 12-cup muffin tin with olive oil or non-stick spray.
- Roll out your pizza dough on a lightly floured surface, then cut out circles that are slightly larger than the muffin cups.
- Gently press each dough circle into the muffin tin to form cups.
- Spoon pizza sauce into each dough cup, followed by shredded mozzarella cheese and your selected toppings.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until the edges are golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serving
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving. Optionally drizzle extra sauce or add fresh basil.
Notes
Use fresh pizza dough for the best texture. To avoid overstuffing, keep toppings in moderation. Preheating the muffin tin can enhance crispiness.
