  • 1 cup Flour For breading.
  • 2 large Eggs Beaten for breading.
  • 1 cup Seasoned Breadcrumbs For breading chicken.

  • 1 teaspoon Pepper For seasoning.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder For seasoning.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil For marinating chicken.
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice For marinating chicken.
For the Pasta
  • 12 ounces Fettuccine Fresh or dried.
  • 1 tablespoon Salt For boiling water.
For the Alfredo Sauce
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream Organic if possible for best results.
  • 1 cup Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese Ensures smooth melting.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Marinate chicken in olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and seasoned breadcrumbs.
Cooking the Chicken
  1. Coat each piece of chicken in flour, then dip in egg wash, and finally cover in breadcrumbs.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the breaded chicken for 4-6 minutes per side until cooked through.
  3. Alternatively, bake in a preheated oven at 400°F for 20-25 minutes.
Cooking the Pasta
  1. In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and cook the fettuccine according to package instructions.
  2. Reserve a cup of pasta water before draining the fettuccine.
Making the Alfredo Sauce
  1. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  2. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer, then add grated Parmesan cheese and stir until melted.
Assembling the Dish
  1. Combine cooked fettuccine with the Alfredo sauce, tossing to coat.
