Cooking
- In a large pan, sauté cubed chicken or turkey until browned and cooked through.
- Add chopped vegetables and cook until tender.
- Stir in black beans, ground cumin, paprika, and garlic. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Combine the prepared drink with the cooked ingredients to enhance the flavor.
Serving
- Serve over a bed of quinoa or brown rice, garnished with freshly chopped cilantro or parsley.
