  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning

  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix together the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place the chopped potatoes at the bottom of the crockpot.
  3. Lay the chicken breasts on top of the potatoes.
  4. Pour the creamy garlic Parmesan mixture over the chicken and potatoes.
Cooking
  1. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours, or on high for 3 to 4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and the potatoes are tender.
  2. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider browning the chicken breasts in a skillet before adding them to the crockpot. You can experiment with different herbs or spices to customize the dish to your liking. For a thicker sauce, mix a cornstarch slurry during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
